We are seeking a talented and motivated Embedded AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique blend of hardware-aware software engineering and product development, focused on bridging the gap between state-of-the-art machine learning models and resource-constrained embedded systems. You will be responsible for the critical software stack of our edge AI solutions, driving graph compilation, runtime optimization, and kernel-level integration to achieve extreme performance tuning and robust deployment in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

Model Optimization & Deployment : Advanced model compression and low-bit quantization (INT8/INT4) to transform complex AI workloads into resource-efficient binaries, ensuring optimal model execution on constrained edge devices.

HW/SW Integration: Develop low-level system software and kernel drivers to interface with heterogeneous HW accelerators. Optimize hardware-aware memory management and DMA mechanisms to eliminate execution and communication bottlenecks.

Testing, Validation & Maintenance: Conduct systematic performance profiling and architectural bottleneck analysis across diverse HW devices. Validate accuracy-latency trade-offs and manage full-lifecycle software maintenance to ensure long-term edge deployment reliability.
