- Administer and configure Everbridge Veoci and related tools
- Coordinate with information systems technology teams and vendors
- Create training and reference materials for new capabilities
- Develop standard operating procedures and supporting policies
- Gather synthesize requirements and author business requirements documents
- Improve alerting logic geofences and location data
- Maintain Everbridge Visual Command Center administration
- Maintain contact asset data and orchestration workflows
- Manage emergency alert program configuration
- Manage technology enhancement delivery intake through release
- Operationalize new technology across analyst team
- Own testing quality control and data quality validation
- Triage and resolve system issues tracking to closure
