On-site technician installs, configures, and troubleshoots AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS) and mentors junior staff.
- Build racks and integrate systems
- Commission AV systems
- Conduct system health checks and updates
- Create detailed service reports
- Diagnose audiovisual system issues on site
- Lead AV system installation projects
- Mentor Service Technician I
- Modify control system programs
- Mount equipment and terminate cables
- Perform preventative maintenance visits
- Provide end-user training
- Resolve complex audiovisual problems
- Troubleshoot Crestron control systems
- Troubleshoot Extron control systems
- Troubleshoot Q-SYS control systems
