The Job

• Requirement clarification and analysis.
• Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements.
• Low and high level design for software modules.
• Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong C/C++ programming for embedded systems, with hands-on development, debugging, and troubleshooting experience.
• Solid understanding of microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors, I/O, and serial communication interfaces.
• Good English communication skills.

Track 1 – MCAL / BSW

MUST HAVE

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with AUTOSAR Classic MCAL, including configuration, development, integration, and debugging.
• Good understanding of CAN communication and Diagnostics, including CAN protocol and UDS.
• Experience working with RTOS/embedded OS environments such as Zephyr, FreeRTOS, embOS, or equivalent.

Track 2 – Application (Firmware / PCB)

MUST HAVE

• Hands-on experience with MCAL or similar Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL), including peripheral configuration, driver integration, and low-level hardware interfacing.
• Ability to use SDKs, libraries, and hardware APIs to develop embedded applications according to product requirements.
• Good understanding of PCB and hardware design, including schematic reading, component/interface understanding, hardware-software integration, and coordination with the hardware team.
• Hands-on capability in PCB design and implementation, or experience developing and integrating a complete embedded product/device from hardware to firmware.
• Good knowledge of CAN communication and diagnostics.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across firmware and hardware interfaces.

Track 3 – Software / System Integration

MUST HAVE

• Experience in embedded system integration or system-level debugging.
• Experience with debugging tools (debugger, log analysis, tracing).
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, etc.).
• Experience with ECU integration/bring-up, CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer), and RTOS (task, scheduling, synchronization).

Track 4 – Verification & Validation (V&V)

MUST HAVE

• 1+ years of experience in Embedded Software Verification and Validation in the Automotive Technology domain.
• Experience integrating software components and interfaces.
• Strong software testing skills, including testing techniques, requirement analysis, and test case design.
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as CAN and LIN.
• Experience with CAN tools: CANoe / CANalyzer.

NICE TO HAVE (These additional skills are a plus, not a requirement. If your experience matches the core requirements, we’d like to hear from you)

• Good understanding of AUTOSAR Classic architecture and related BSW modules.
• Knowledge and experience with AUTOSAR OS (OSEK-based), including task scheduling, events, alarms, and OS resource management.
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO14229 (UDS), ISO26262, and J1939.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with LIN, CANoe, CANalyzer, and CAPL programming.
• Familiarity with MISRA C/C++ 2004/2012 coding guidelines and QAC static analysis.
• Knowledge of V-Model, ASPICE and SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Exposure to test automation scripting tools (Python or Perl), ECU Test, or LabCar.
• Experience in open-loop lab, HIL, or similar tools.
