Position Summary
We are looking for a
Embedded Software Lead Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance embedded systems in a production environment. You will work closely with hardware, systems, and software teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions for real-world applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ECU solutions for EVs and e-scooters.
  • Lead end-to-end ECU development projects, from concept to product delivery.
  • Define and review technical solutions and system requirements.
  • Design and optimize ECU system architecture, interfaces, and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and project objectives.


Requirements


  • 7+ years in embedded software development
  • Strong knowledge across the embedded stack, from driver to application
  • Strong embedded programming skills in C/C++
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers
  • Hands-on experience with embedded Linux or QNX
  • Able to coordinate across teams to identify issues and drive them to a solution
  • Able to lead a project: estimate and break down tasks, track them to completion, and align technical decisions across teams
  • Adapts quickly to new technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive
  • Experience working under an ASPICE process
  • Knowledge of embedded security
  • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262)
