Tasks / Responsibilities:Discuss with customer in Germany and come out with the SW requirements.Technical co-ordination: Definition of technical requirements and the work packages in collaboration with Partners.Design and development of SW architectureSW development and SW validationExpected skill set:Must have hands on experience in driver development on embedded hardware like SPI, I2C, DMA, ADC, UART etc and board bring up activities.Must have hands on experience in Platform development projectMust be expertise in Embedded C and C++ programming.Need to have device driver experience in STM32, Giga Device, TI, TLE microcontrollers (atleast one of them)Advanced C++ skills (Design patterns, templates etc).Expertise in software architecture and design techniques using UMLExperience in unit, integration, and system testing.Experience with agile development methodologies.Experience in guiding and mentoring team members including review of artifacts.Good to Have skills:Good to have expertise in Battery Management System.Knowledge of Charger management projects will be added advantage. Experience in python scripting with test automation Experience in Battery management system (Li-Ion Battery packs) Experience in BLDC motor controlling. Experience in version control system (GIT, SVN etc..) Experience in any on RTOS ( FreeRTOS, SafeRTOS, µC/OS etc..) Experience in Cmake build system. Experience in Docker container. Experience in Open source software handling. Experience in Connectivity protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, etc..)Softskills:Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Must be a team player with ability to guide a set of technical teams.

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in E&C or any equivalent
