工作說明

Lead implementation and rollout of BI dashboards across local countries, ensuring proper configuration, user access control, and alignment with HQ data standards and reporting requirements.
Conduct training sessions for country users and develop training materials to ensure they fully understand system operations, processes, and data definitions.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI through SQL validation, ETL troubleshooting, and backend debugging.
Provide ongoing support and handle user inquiries related to dashboard usage, KPI calculations, filters, and business logic interpretation.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting performance, and process automation by collecting user feedback, implementing continuous improvements, and supporting the report owner in task coordination and project execution.

需求條件

1. Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with experience in data modeling, data validation, and dashboard development.
2. Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar data pipeline technologies.
3. Analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify data issues from frontend dashboards to backend database sources.
4. Experience using AI tools to improve data analysis, automation, reporting efficiency, and productivity in daily analytical workflows.
5. Good communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business users across different countries.
