YOUR ROLE

• Ensure process readiness for new programs.
• Control equipment net out and reutilization plan inside Morocco.
• Take the lead during the implementation of new technology in the plant
• Support in the different forum of discussion with supplier / MEC and central EMEA team.
• Ensure Coaching of new process engineers in the different plants (buddy)
• Ensure definition and follow up of new hires training plan
• Ensure, understand and implement the customer and Aptiv requirement
• Support in the MSD study with the multidisciplinary team and ensure its updating and revision during the different development phases by reflecting the impact on the concept of production due to variations.
• Ensure regular updating of Project Control 3 and Spending Control.
• Prepare and present the investment for flow 4 while justifying the differences.
• Define and specify HV equipment.
• Elaborate the technical specifications.
• Follow equipment definition with Aptiv suppliers
• Ensure the availability of equipment to the SOP by making the necessary anticipations.

• Elaborate and Update reports.
• Process readiness.
• Capex/ Opex tracker
• Idle assets
• New Equipment forecast
• Prepare technical documentation needed that support new engineers during onboarding
• Ensure the smooth running of customer audits.
• Ensure the smooth running of certification audits (internal and external).
• Ensure compliance with all procedures related to the function.
• Ensuring the revision of PFMEA.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards.
• Perform Capacity Study for equipment definition
• Follow-up the acquisition of new equipment from released supplier through the RFQ, reception, installation, validation and release for SOP

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Knowledge of manufacturing process
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Problem solving techniques
