EMEA Technology Change & Adoption Lead
As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare group and its business segments. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EMEA Technology Change & Adoption Lead to join our global team. You will work closely with two experienced Change Adoption Managers based in the UK and US to support technology adoption initiatives for a large medical organization. The organization is currently going through a program of IT centralization and standardization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, training, and change strategies for end-user technologies.
Your daily tasks will include:
Content Development:
- Draft and edit technology communications for end users in clear, professional English and German
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials for tools such as Microsoft 365
- Share support Major Incident communications at the global, regional and local levels in the EMEA time zones
Training & Workshops:
- Design and deliver virtual workshops focused on end-user tools (e.g., Office 365 apps. Copilot)
- Prepare training materials and coordinate logistics for sessions
Change Adoption Management Support:
- Develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new and existing technologies
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users by translating complex technology changes into clear, actionable guidance that supports successful adoption.
- Monitor feedback and adoption metrics, providing reports and insights
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work across time zones with UK and US colleagues using collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ensure timely updates and alignment on priorities

What is important from our point of view:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Experience in IT change management and technology adoption projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to educate, support, and upskill end users
- Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
