What You'll Do
As a Seasonal EMT, you're the safety backbone of the experience—providing emergency medical coverage and rapid response for guests and staff across one of the country's most thrilling Halloween attractions. Your training, composure, and professionalism directly protect everyone who walks through our doors.
Medical Coverage & Emergency Response

Provide on-site emergency medical assessment, treatment, and triage for guests and staff during all operational hours

Respond promptly to medical incidents including injuries, allergic reactions, cardiac events, and other emergencies

Communicate with operations staff and leadership via radio to coordinate emergency response and, when necessary, facilitate handoff to local EMS

Complete accurate, timely incident documentation for all medical calls in accordance with applicable protocols and company policy
Safety & Coordination

Conduct walk-throughs of the event space to identify and proactively report potential safety hazards to operations management

Maintain and inventory all first aid and emergency medical equipment, ensuring readiness before each operating night

Coordinate with local EMS, fire, and law enforcement contacts to ensure seamless escalation protocols are in place and understood

Support safety briefings and staff orientations as directed by event leadership
Guest & Staff Experience

Respond to all guests and staff with professionalism, calm, and compassion—especially in high-stress situations

Remain composed and effective in high-volume, high-stimulation environments involving crowds, theatrical effects, and low-visibility nighttime conditions

Serve as a visible, reassuring presence for guests and crew throughout the event footprint
