Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and expert assessment and treatment to patients presenting with emergency medical conditions.
- Perform emergency procedures and interventions to stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical teams within the emergency department.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency medicine education programs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognoses.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization and board certification in emergency medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or other regions of the UAE.
- Substantial experience working as an emergency medicine consultant physician, preferably in UAE or Gulf region.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency settings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
