- Seeking a board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physician to join York Hospital's Department of Emergency Medicine.
- York Hospital is a Level 1 Regional Resource Trauma Center, handling over 90,000 annual visits from a geographically diverse catchment area.
- York Hospital is a Comprehensive Stroke Center, STEMI center, and ECMO-capable facility
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and 39 emergency medicine residents and fellows
- Academic opportunities include faculty appointments with affiliated medical schools, access to a research department, well-developed ultrasound department, and an integrated EMS system

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required and
- Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required and
- Must be credentialed for all core procedures. Upon Hire Required
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Commander. Upon Hire Preferred

- Clinical skills and knowledge of emergency care, techniques and procedures.
