Emergency Services Program Manager

Job Summary

The ES Program Manager is responsible for the daily clinical and operational functions of the Mobile Crisis Team and the Alcohol and Substance Awareness Program. This leadership role ensures timely, effective, and person-centered responses to behavioral health crises while maintaining high standards of clinical care, program quality, and operational excellence.

The incumbent will provide oversight and support to crisis services staff, monitor program performance, and work collaboratively with community providers, healthcare organizations, first responders, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated emergency behavioral health services to consumers.
