Emerging Systems Administrator: Windows, Linux & Networking

WAVENURE is looking for a passionate Junior System Administrator to participate in planning and implementing infrastructure policies and procedures within the company, capable of delivering results and eager to learn. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is accustomed to working under pressure and has predisposition to teamwork and problem solving.

You will support installations, monitor IT systems, and collaborate on hardware/software projects while engaging in a ticketing

Support the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, modifications, security, and upgrading of Operational support systems. Monitor IT systems and escalates problems. Support installation of new IT systems: Servers, networks and software roll-outs. Collaborate in hardware and software projects. Work on a ticketing system way. Excellent problem solving skills. Knowledge of IT systems: Servers (Windows and/or Linux), networks, virtualization etc. Experience with database admin and troubleshooting (MySQL). Knowledge of Apache and Tomcat. Good communication skills (English) are required (both verbal and written).
