Emma – The Sleep Company proudly invites talented, driven students students to join our distinguished APAC Internship Program. We are seeking graduating students, current undergraduates, and those planning to pursue further studies across key APAC regions, the Philippines, China, and South Korea, who are eager to accelerate their careers in a dynamic, global environment. We welcome individuals from diverse academic backgrounds who are driven to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
About the internship
Over a 6-month immersive journey, applicants are screened and assigned into the team that best aligns with their unique skillsets, interests, and potential, ensuring that every intern thrives in a role where they can add genuine value. Internship opportunities are available in strategic areas such as Commercial, E-Commerce, Business Development, Performance Marketing, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, People & Organization, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
Interns collaborate closely with global teams and senior business leaders, experiencing firsthand our entrepreneurial culture that values bold ideas, innovation, and a strong can-do mindset.
In addition to their core role, participants gain access to structured learning sessions, mentorship from industry experts, and cross-functional exposure, enabling them to develop both depth and breadth in their capabilities. This program empowers emerging talent to take meaningful steps toward their career goals while contributing to initiatives that drive Emma’s continued growth across the APAC region.

Who we're looking for

  • Perfect for individuals looking to thrive in an agile, high-growth global scale-up environment.
  • Suited for junior, senior, or graduating students maintaining 15 units or fewer in the current or upcoming semester.
  • Offers a hybrid work setup, combining onsite engagement at on our BGC, Shanghai, or Seoul office twice weekly with remote flexibility.
  • Crafted as a six-month development experience, with 6–8 working hours daily, Monday through Friday.
