Employee Health Programs Manager
This position is located in the Human Resources Division, Arlington, VA. The selectee of this position serves as a Employee Health Programs Manager. You will be responsible for directing and managing the USMS Employee Medical, Fitness-for-Duty, Workers Compensation, and the Drug Free Workplace Programs.
As a Employee Health Programs Manager at the GS-0601-14 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: - Exercises full supervisory responsibility over subordinate positions. - Develops and implements health/medical program policies and procedures and ensures compliance with all Federal, Department of Justice (DOJ), and USMS regulations. - Providing expert advice and guidance to agency management on the Employee Medical Programs, Fitness for-Duty, Limited Duty, Drug Free Workplace and Workers Compensation Program issues. - Continually appraises the assigned programs to ascertain if they are operating effectively and efficiently, and, if necessary, effects changes and improvements.
