What You'll Do

Oversee and advance infection prevention and control practices throughout the hospital

  • Manage employee health services, including immunizations, exposure follow-up, health assessments, and compliance monitoring
  • Investigate infectious disease exposures and outbreaks
  • Educate and support staff on best practices for workplace safety and infection prevention
  • Develop policies, lead committees, conduct surveillance, and help ensure regulatory readiness
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership, medical staff, Human Resources, Quality Improvement, and Environmental Services teams

What We're Looking For

  • Current NYS RN License
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required (Master's preferred)
  • Current BLS Certification
  • 5+ years of Occupational Health, Employee Health, Infection Prevention, or related nursing experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
