POSITION SUMMARY
As the Employer Brand & Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and delivering employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, retention, and employer brand throughout the employee lifecycle.
This role goes beyond traditional Human Resources support. You will partner closely with employees, leaders, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to create meaningful experiences that attract, engage, and retain top talent while promoting ProCaps Laboratories as an employer of choice.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative HR professional with experience leading employee engagement initiatives, employer branding programs, internal communications, recognition programs, onboarding experiences, and culture-building activities. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with employees at all levels of the organization, and brings energy, innovation, and a service-oriented mindset to every interaction.
As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will play a key role in shaping the employee journey from candidate attraction through onboarding, development, engagement, and retention while helping cultivate a workplace culture that reflects ProCaps’ mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, or a related field.
- Experience with creating and managing social media platforms and employer branding strategies
- Experience developing and implementing employee engagement, recognition, culture-building, or employer branding programs.
- Experience planning and coordinating employee events, meetings, wellness initiatives, and company-sponsored activities.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience creating employee communications, presentations, newsletters, and organizational messaging.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience administering employee surveys and utilizing feedback to improve engagement and employee experience initiatives preferred.
- Experience working in manufacturing, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food production, medical device, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other regulated industries preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- High level of professionalism, creativity, initiative, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ( OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Personnel Marketing & Employer Branding
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and/or strengthen ProCaps’ employer brand and employee value proposition.
- Create and manage content highlighting company culture, employee success stories, community involvement, career opportunities, and workplace experiences.
- Support recruiting marketing efforts through social media, career fairs, hiring events, workforce development partnerships, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent employer brand messaging across recruiting and employee communications channels.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee experience initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Lead employee engagement programs including surveys, focus groups, recognition initiatives, wellness programs, and employee appreciation activities.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with leaders to develop action plans that address employee feedback and strengthen team engagement.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and ensure meaningful acknowledgment of employee contributions across the organization.
- Support initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, employee well-being, and positive workplace experiences.
Onboarding & Employee Journey
- Coordinate and continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience to ensure successful employee integration and engagement.
- Design orientation programs and onboarding activities for newly hired employees in partnership with the Learning & Development (L&D) teams.
- Develop onboarding resources, communications, and tools that support employee success during their first year of employment in partnership with L&D.
- Partner with managers to ensure effective onboarding and assimilation experiences across departments.
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness through employee feedback and retention metrics.
Internal Communications & Culture
- Develop and execute employee communication strategies that support organizational transparency, engagement, and alignment.
- Create and distribute employee communications including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and culture-related messaging.
- Manage communication channels including digital signage, intranet platforms, employee communication boards, and other engagement tools.
- Coordinate communication campaigns supporting organizational initiatives, events, and employee programs.
- Assist in promoting company values and reinforcing organizational culture through consistent communication efforts.
Employee Events & Community Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, celebrations, recognition activities, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and event communications to ensure successful execution of employee-focused activities.
- Support employee wellness and community involvement programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational reputation.
- Foster relationships with local community organizations, educational institutions, and workforce development partners.
Program Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze employee engagement metrics, participation rates, retention trends, onboarding effectiveness, and program outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Human Resources leadership and organizational stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee programs, communication strategies, and employee experience initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee engagement and experience programs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Partner with Human Resources and business leaders on workforce-related initiatives and organizational development efforts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to support business operations.
