Employer Branding & Talent Engagement Executive | Healthcare
📍 Location: One-North
📅 Contract: 1-Year Agency Contract
💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month
Employer Branding & Marketing
Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment videos, corporate brochures, employee stories and talent attraction campaigns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, designers and production partners on project timelines and deliverables.
Assist with developing digital and social media content, copywriting and creative briefs.
Maintain employer branding materials and marketing collateral.
Monitor campaign performance and research trends in employer branding and candidate experience.
Contribute ideas for campaigns targeting students and early-career talent.
Campus Outreach & Events
Support career fairs, campus engagement sessions and recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate event logistics, outreach materials and participant engagement.
Monitor event inventory and arrange replenishment of promotional items.
Assist with sourcing and procurement of event materials.
Maintain the nursing ambassador database and ensure information is accurate.
Gather participant feedback and prepare insights and presentations to improve future outreach activities.
