We Are Expanding – Employment Agency Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Employment Agency Sales Consultant to develop and maintain employer clients, connect employers with suitable workers/candidates, and close recruitment deals.

Requirements:

• Must have a CEI Certificate.
• Must have relevant experience in manpower recruitment industry.
• Knows how to process WP, S Pass and EP policies and application
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing employer or worker networks will be an advantage
• Able to independently develop clients, source candidates and close deals.
• Attractive commission structure, with a profit sharing arrangement for successful application.
