POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Employment Coach is responsible for providing comprehensive supports to individuals including accessing and maintaining employment within the community. Provide workplace assistance to individuals so they can grow and meet personal goals, earn a living wage, and experience all other benefits associated with employment. Support each person services to achieve an optimal quality of life via use of universal supports.
