1. Banking Services Representative (Teller – Customer Service – Sales) – Across Egypt:

  • Ensure all transactions are aligned with the latest Banque Misr policies and procedures, including compliance and KYC standards set by the bank.
  • Execute a variety of transactions and services which include accepting payments for different types of accounts, cashing checks, checking account balances, and transferring funds.
  • Identify sales referrals.
  • Ensure that the cash drawer is balanced with the settlement sheet and recover any shortages or overages.

Head Office Positions:

1. Corporate Banking Credit Analyst:

  • Marketing Banque Misr products and attracting new potential customers.
  • Conducting customer visits and reviews according to credit policies.
  • Preparing credit memos to be presented to the credit granting committee.
  • Collecting required documents from clients and coordinating between the client and the concerned branch to finalize credit granting conditions and reviewing the client’s credit profile to ensure its completion.
  • Following up on credit for existing regular clients and default clients according to set policies and procedures.
  • Preparing monthly reports on credit cases followed up.
  • Pinpointing reasons for rejecting clients, discussing them with the direct supervisor, then communicating the information to the concerned clients.

3. Corporate Risk Analyst:

  • Receive and review Credit Proposal Memos (CPMs) from different business lines for new credit relationships, renewals, overruns, or special transactions.
  • Identify all types of risks surrounding the credit case, its degree, and whether it is mitigated or not.
  • Prepare numerical risk ratings divided into financial and non-financial factors, which form the basis of risk recommendations.
  • Prepare credit risk memos to be presented to the Risk committee.

  • 0 to 7 years relevant experience

4. Investment Officer:

  • Publishing valuation reports.

8. IT Auditor for Application and Infrastructure:

  • Ability to understand software requirements.
  • Understanding risks and controls for software development, service operation, IT infrastructure, security, and related processes. This evaluation will be accomplished by conducting internal audit projects including communication of observations, risks, recommendations, and conclusions, as well as providing consulting services regarding risk and controls on a wide range of projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Ability to make decisions at the appropriate time, considering the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints, and availability of necessary information.
  • Ability to acquire an understanding of underlying issues in complex problems or situations by correctly relating these to simpler or better-understood concepts, models, or previous experiences.

1. Backend Engineer I/II/III/Staff/Senior Staff

Requirements:

  • 2 to 10 years of experience
  • Experience working in JVM-based programming languages like Java 8+, Kotlin and/or modern backend frameworks like Spring Boot
  • Significant experience writing, utilizing, and securing RESTful API services in large-scale distributed applications
  • Experience with microservice architectures, including understanding of service discovery and circuit breakers
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc.)
