Job Summary

Support project implementation and system maintenance by performing routine upgrades, resolving technical incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing new IT projects by gathering requirements, setting up systems, installing, testing, and commissioning solutions
• Perform scheduled routine maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance
• Execute firmware upgrades and patching to maintain system security and functionality
• Respond to network and system service requests and change requests promptly and effectively
• Diagnose and resolve application and technical incidents, coordinating with external support when necessary
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and implement preventive and corrective measures to minimize incident recurrence
• Prepare and deliver timely, professional incident and problem reports to all relevant stakeholders
• Assist in preparing system documentation and support ISO audit processes
• Manage multiple tasks by prioritizing work assignments to meet deadlines and operational needs
• Communicate effectively in English and collaborate with team members while working independently under minimal supervision

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience supporting Cisco, Fortigate, and Huawei network products including switches, routers, firewalls, monitoring tools, security appliances, and cabling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Training or certification in Cisco and Fortigate products
• Strong analytical skills demonstrated by proactive problem-solving and multitasking in IT environments
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Motivated with leadership potential and a challenger mindset
