Assists individuals in achieving employment goals through direct care and peer mentorship in a non-profit setting.
The Employment Services Job Developer provides direct care to assist persons served in reaching their employment goals. The Employment Services Job Developer also supports their peers offering guidance and modeling leadership. This is a full time position and considered nonexempt under FLSA. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
