Summary
Job Coach supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining community-based employment through one-on-one coaching and advocacy.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find and succeed in meaningful employment.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to build confidence, workplace skills, and independence.
- Partner with employers to create inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for people with disabilities.
- Advocate for workplace accommodations that promote long-term success.
- Make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals, businesses, and the communities you serve.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive pay rates: $25/hr., with a weekly pay schedule
- Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
- To obtain more hours, you may also be able to work as a Direct Support Professional too!

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Day-time availability
- ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
