Employment Specialist – Help Build Inclusive Careers
Starting Pay: $24–$25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Location: Portland Metro Area

In this role, you’ll support job seekers with developmental disabilities in finding careers that reflect their strengths, talents, and goals while also helping businesses build inclusive, diverse workplaces.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion job seekers by helping them identify their skills, interests, and career goals
- Build relationships with employers to understand their needs and promote inclusive hiring practices
- Match candidates to the right job opportunities, setting them up for success
- Provide hands-on support with accommodations, job readiness, and onboarding
- Conduct skills assessments, mock interviews, and resume reviews
- Support long-term job retention through initial and ongoing job-coaching
- Recommend and coordinate skill-building opportunities to help candidates thrive
- Work closely with your teammates to track progress and meet employment goals
