EMS MANAGER
NewBe an early applicantThe EMS Manager provides administrative and operational leadership for EMS services in Douglas and Glenrock. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality ambulance response, oversees staffing, regulatory compliance, resource management, and fosters collaboration with staff, providers, and public safety agencies to optimize patient care and community relations.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, emergency management, or a related field preferred.

Current Paramedic certification required; must maintain eligibility for Wyoming Paramedic licensure.

Minimum 5 years of EMS field experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

In-depth knowledge of Wyoming EMS regulations and national standards.

Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and performance management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
