Appointment requirements |
Grade 12 A relevant three-year career-related tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or Public Procurement Management or in a study field related to the position A degree or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement may be an added advantage At least six years’ relevant working experience in supply chain management or procurement Supervisory experience will be an added advantage A valid Code B driving licence Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost |

Manage the Contract and Project Management Subsection Provide departmental financial advisory services (capital) Conduct contract management Conduct project management Liaise with product and service suppliers Conduct day-to-day management and supervision of the Contract and Project Management Subsection to ensure optimal performance Compile guidelines according to which personnel must execute tasks Compile monthly and quarterly reports relating to projects and contracts Attend internal meetings and functions relating to procurement management |
