Want to become a Paramedic? No place supports you like CCA!
One of the most valuable opportunities we offer EMTs is our Paramedic Education Sponsorship Program. Qualified EMTs can advance their careers while maintaining financial stability by having their Paramedic school fully paid for, while continuing to earn their regular hourly EMT wage during scheduled class time as part of their full-time hours. This structure allows team members to stay financially supported while focusing on successfully completing school, advancing their clinical skills, and supporting their families and lifestyle.
We are committed to building the next generation of EMS professionals through robust in-house clinical training programs, strong mentorship, and clear career advancement pathways.
