End of Tenancy Cleaning Technician
We're looking for experienced cleaning professionals to carry out detailed end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties in your local area.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional results and can work confidently without supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Complete full end-of-tenancy cleaning from top to bottom
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
Clean cupboards, appliances, internal doors, frames, and skirting boards
Wipe down internal windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces
Ensure properties are ready for landlord inspections and incoming tenants
What You'll Receive
Flexible part-time cleaning assignments
Local work offered as bookings become available
Most jobs last between 4 and 8 hours
Weekday work with additional weekend opportunities
Full cleaning instructions before every assignment
Pay
£15 per hour
£18 per completed job for the use of your own cleaning equipment and products
Paid travel time where applicable
Client parking costs covered (excluding street parking)
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards
Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products
Must have your own reliable vehicle (Uber, taxis, and public transport are not suitable)
