End-to-EndS&OP Planning Director, Zone – Network of Excellence (NOE)
1. ROLEPURPOSE
The End-to-EndS&OP Planning Director – Zone Network of Excellence (NOE) is a seniorleadership role responsible for building capabilities and adapting standardsacross all Supply Chain planning métiers within the Zone. Acting as the bridgebetween the Global NOE and local entities (factories, affiliates, hubs),this role does not operate the planning processes directly, but ensuresthat the right standards, skills, tools, and governance frameworks arein place for local teams to perform effectively.
The rolecovers five key planning pillars: Demand Planning, Supply Planning,Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC), Responsiveness for Growth (R4G), and MarketSupply Logistics (S&OP).
2. ABOUTTHE NETWORK OF EXCELLENCE (NOE)
The NOEoperates at Global, Zone, and Division levels. Its mandate is exclusivelyfocused on Build & Adapt — not Operate. It is structured aroundthree core missions:

- 🎓 TALENTS – Designing & running training programs; scaling best practices across the zone
3. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES (Build & Adapt only)
3.1Demand Planning
- Build the zone Demand Planning capability roadmap (training programs, onboarding paths, community animation)
- Define & roll out assessment frameworks to evaluate maturity of demand planning practices across zone affiliates
- Adapt & deploy Group standards for forecasting processes (baseline generation, collaborative demand, launch sizing, promotional planning) to zone context
- Champion the adoption of ML/statistical modeling tools and new demand planning methodologies across the zone
- Share best practices across affiliates and escalate zone-specific needs to Global NOE
- Co-design risk & opportunity management frameworks and ensure their embedding at zone level
3.2Supply Planning
- Build the zone Supply Planning capability framework (standards, training, assessment tools)
- Deploy & adapt Group standards for stock strategy (safety stock, MEIO), planning parameters, and supply planning cycles to zone specificities
- Design zone-level governance frameworks for arbitration, allocation, and constraint management
- Assess maturity of zone entities on supply planning practices and define improvement roadmaps
- Scale best practices on E&O management, stock deployment, and service level optimization across the zone
- Connect zone teams with Global NOE expertise and facilitate cross-zone learning
3.3Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC)
- Lead & animate the MSC community within the zone (across all factories)
- Deploy & adapt Group MSC standards (Master Planning, Material Supply Planning, Lifecycle Management, Contract Manufacturing, Short-Term Planning) to zone factories
- Lead MSC Planning Maturity Self-Assessments and co-build action plan roadmaps with plant teams based on identified gaps and zone business priorities
- Design and deliver zone-level MSC training programs; ensure proper onboarding of new MSC members (new Plant Managers and Planning Managers must connect with the Zone NOE Director within their first month)
- Define the KPI governance framework (MTBR, Weekly Net Rate, OTIF, E&O…) and ensure its proper adoption at factory level
- Identify and formalize zone best practices and contribute to Global NOE standard evolution
3.4Responsiveness for Growth (R4G)
- Champion and embed the R4G transformation framework at zone level (Stable / Modular / Upstream / Flexible / Reliable / Capacity)
- Build zone capabilities on upstream agility, manufacturing responsiveness, and supplier flexibility
- Design and deploy tools and methodologies for Hero SKU management, Hero Wheel processes, and sizing optimization
- Develop zone upskilling programs in collaboration with Sourcing/BT on supplier responsiveness levers
- Build E2E capacity & scenario planning frameworks to be used by zone entities on a 3-year strategic horizon
- Define measurement frameworks to track and anchor R4G transformation value realization at zone level
3.5Market Supply Logistics – S&OP
- Build & deploy the Zone S&OP process framework for MSL entities (hubs, affiliates), ensuring the 5-step cycle is properly structured and governed:

- Define standards for catalogue optimization, launch management, and stock governance to be adopted by zone entities
- Design the zone S&OP KPI framework (Service Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Days, E&O…) and ensure proper embedding
- Assess maturity of zone S&OP practices and co-build improvement roadmaps with local teams
- Ensure harmonization between zone practices and Group standards, and feed back zone insights to Global NOE for standard evolution
- Animate the zone S&OP community and facilitate cross-market learning and best practice sharing

Experience
10+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or E2E Supply Chain, with significant exposure to NOE/network-level roles
International Exposure
Experience working across multiple geographies/markets within a zone or global environment
