Endpoint Automation Engineer

  • Own endpoint lifecycle management end to end, including device provisioning, configuration standards, identity integration, updates, and remediation automation.
  • Design and implement AI-assisted diagnostics and self-service workflows that help employees resolve common issues without manual support intervention.
  • Analyze incident trends, ticket patterns, and operational data to identify systemic root causes and reduce recurring problems.
  • Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Productivity, and IT Support teams to ensure workplace systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  • Build automation using scripting, workflow tools, endpoint management platforms, and AI-assisted solutions to reduce repetitive operational work.
  • Document processes, standards, and workflows so they can be adopted and maintained by distributed technical teams.
  • Measure success through reduced ticket volume, higher automation coverage, faster issue resolution, and improved employee satisfaction.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience owning endpoint, workplace, IT platform, or digital employee experience systems.
  • Experience working with device management platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with identity providers such as Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, or similar platforms.
  • Strong scripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing automation that reduces manual operational work, improves support processes, or prevents recurring incidents.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify patterns, and propose durable platform-level solutions rather than isolated fixes.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Productivity, and IT Support teams.
  • Advanced English level, ideally C1 or higher, to communicate with international stakeholders.
