Ends Process Quality Analyst/Auditor (shift)
Job Description:
Job Position: Quality Analyst/Auditor
Role Purpose
To ensure that the quality of produced ends meets company standards and customer requirements, through continuous sampling, inspections, and adherence to Food Safety rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular sampling and quality checks across all production stages during the shift.
- Identify and isolate defective products when standards are not met.
- Communicate findings to the line mechanics and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with plant Food Safety and Hygiene rules.
- Record aluminium consumption and spoilage data accurately.
- Report any equipment or gauge issues to the Quality Manager/Quality Engineer
Languages:
- Basic knowledge of English
Experience & Competencies:
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Basic use of Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Team‑oriented mindset and ability to follow procedures
