Energy Billing Processor
Summary
Processes energy billing, reconciles inventory, and supports delivery drivers in a corporate office using bookkeeping and data-entry tools.
AGRILAND FS is looking for a detail orientated, self-starter with excellent bookkeeping and customer service skills to accurately process billing, inventory reconciling and support drivers over the phone as they execute product delivery. This individual will work in the Winterset corporate office to ensure that energy invoicing is timely and accurate.
Core responsibilities:
- Enters data and reconciles information to ensure accuracy
- Coordinates billing activities with energy customer service team
- Completes daily activities to meet important deadlines
- Adjusts end of month truck inventory
- Posts inventory adjustments as needed
- Works with credit and accounts receivable team
What we need from you:
- Usually requires a minimum of a two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills along with high level cognitive flexibility
- Data entry experience with excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Basic bookkeeping and business skills
- Computer skills including demonstrated use in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrates the ability to learn proprietary software
- Excellent customer service skills along with the ability to problem solve
