Energy Infrastructure Solution Architect_Delta Solution Office(Taipei)

【Job Brief】
We are seeking a Solution Strategy Architect with a proven track record in Energy Infrastructure solution strategy, portfolio planning, and customer-facing solution development across global and regional markets. This role translates market and customer needs into solution direction, integrated microgrid architectures, portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and commercially viable offerings. The candidate will support strategic customer opportunities from solution design and feasibility assessment through proposal development, validation, standardization, and reusable asset development. Close collaboration with global business units, product and technical teams, regional sales, and delivery organizations is crucial to this role.

【Responsibilities】
1. Solution Strategy Co-creation and Direction Setting: Partner with business units, product managers, and technical teams to identify priority markets, target customers, pain points, and unmet needs, and translate these insights into Delta’s Energy Infrastructure solution direction, value propositions, portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and high-level technical architecture.
2. Strategic Customer Opportunity Support: Support strategic customer opportunities by co-developing integrated microgrid solution architectures across relevant hardware and software portfolios; assessing customer requirements, technical feasibility, portfolio gaps, risks, and high-level costs; coordinating third-party system integration and validation when required; and translating solutions into compelling value propositions, customer presentations, and proposals for sales and bidding activities, in alignment with Delta’s overall solution direction and portfolio roadmap.
3. Solution Validation, standardization, and Life-Cycle Management: Support the validation of strategic PoC, FOAK, SOAK, and lighthouse initiatives, translate project learning into product and roadmap improvements, and convert validated concepts into repeatable Solution Packs, reference architectures, playbooks, and go-to-market assets.
4. Cross-Business Alignment and Execution Governance: Align business groups, regions, product teams, technical organizations, sales, and delivery teams on solution scope, roles, resources, and priorities, and translate agreed strategies into actionable workstreams, ownership, milestones, RACI, stage-gates, and execution roadmaps.

【Qualifications】
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, solution portfolio planning, solution strategy, technical business development, or customer-facing solution roles within the Energy Infrastructure, industrial technology, or global enterprise solution sectors.
2. Industry and Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Microgrid architecture and operations, Electrical power conversion (PCS, SST), Battery Energy Storage System, Energy Management Systems, Grid interconnection, protection, or distributed energy-resource integration, or Data-center power infrastructure
3. Market Insight and Portfolio Translation: Proven ability to identify priority markets and customer needs, and translate these insights into value propositions, portfolio gaps, solution requirements, and business cases
4. Core Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, facilitation, stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
5. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
6. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, automation, computer engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline is preferred. A master’s degree is an additional advantage.
