Enforcement and Removal Assistant (OA)

Organizational Location: These positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), in multiple locations specified in this announcement. Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement will be adjusted to include locality payment for selected duty location. As an Enforcement and Removal Assistant (OA), at the full performance level you will perform a variety of duties, such as: Researching detainee history using multiple sources to establish identity/citizenship and manage detained and non-detained dockets. Providing administrative support to managers, supervisors, or staff members by assisting in the day-to-day management of the office's activities. Summarizing and tabulating detainee information from various reports and utilizing a variety of databases and automated systems. Generating and verifying detainee reports, encounters, charging documents, studies, data quality and create and revise spreadsheets charts, graphs, and presentations. Exercising quality control over bond paperwork.
