Lead workshops, validate business objectives, Review Demand Planning/Forecasting processes, understand forecast generation and handoffs, assess demand sensing, seasonality/promotions, identify IBP gaps and opportunities, recommend future SAP IBP role identify pain points, connect business/process/system findings, prioritize use cases, define transformation roadmap
