What You’ll Be Doing Lead Data, BI and AI transformation programmes from concept to adoption and value realisation. Translate business opportunities into roadmaps, workstreams and measurable outcomes using a scientific, data driven approach. Partner across Business Units, Group Functions and Technology to align priorities and drive execution through collaboration. Embed Data, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions into daily operations to improve decisions and customer outcomes. Support O+O initiatives by connecting offline and online business needs with scalable transformation delivery. Facilitate governance, executive discussions and decision-making across complex initiatives. Coach project teams and improve delivery standards for sustainable outcomes.
