This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engenheiro de Software FullStack Sênior based in Brazil.

We are looking for a Senior FullStack Software Engineer to build and evolve scalable digital solutions through modern software engineering practices. In this role, you will work across backend and frontend development, contributing to the complete software lifecycle from architecture and implementation to production delivery. You will take ownership of complex technical initiatives, improve platform reliability, and help shape engineering standards. The position combines technical leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on development in a collaborative environment. You will work with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, React, databases, distributed systems, and AI-powered development tools. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to create meaningful impact through innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Develop complete features across backend and frontend layers, following the full software development lifecycle through production deployment.
• Lead technical initiatives from solution design to delivery, including planning, implementation, testing, and rollout activities.
• Build and evolve applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern software development frameworks.
• Improve platform architecture, balancing short-term business needs with long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Design and implement resilient integrations using best practices such as retries, timeouts, idempotency, circuit breakers, and fallback strategies.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through automated testing, code reviews, engineering standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Support production environments by investigating incidents, implementing solutions, and participating in postmortem analyses.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
• Mentor less experienced developers and actively contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and impactful technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and backend frameworks such as NestJS and/or Express.
• Solid experience developing modern web applications using React.
• Ability to independently build end-to-end solutions, working across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, messaging systems, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, including database modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting production environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and an AI-first approach to improving engineering workflows.
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, autonomy, and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent professional experience in software engineering or related fields.
