Engineer 2, Process Engineer (Frond End)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
1.1 Work to improve/fix all the issues that relate to mechanical processes, such as Printing, Slicing, dicing, TAN Process.
1.2 Direct involvement in develop, qualify, operation all equipment to make elements and ceramics.
1.3 Work with design group when needed to help resolve internal and external questions on mechanical and assembly methods as related to products.
1.4 Trouble shooting major issue online or customer complaint, and provide advice for short- and long-term corrective action.
1.5 Provides specific technical expertise to support special projects, pilot operations, product and process improvements.
1.6 Write and review engineering reports; able to explain work concisely and clearly; participates in proposal writing, leads complex group discussions; can organize and direct effective meetings.
1.7 Responsible and authorized to answer, discuss with auditors, customers for reviewing and agreeing on any discrepancies or conformities revealed during the audits. Also ensure that any necessary correction and corrective actions are enforced timely as well as to review the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken to prevent recurrences, and define training need for on job training, quality, EHS training or another.
1.8 Direct involvement in develop, qualify a new materials/ new product.
1.9 Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Process Operations
2.1 Monitors processes parameters and performance against the processes and ensures all issues on processes are completed on time.
2.2 Provide coaching, training to team for solving problem on time and select right solution to make sure production continuously.
2.3 Ensure the consumable in mechanical process are defined, ordered on time for manufacturing needs.

Technical Communication & Collaboration
3.1 Develop the relationships with technology suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and technology experts.
3.2 Work with the experts in Dallas CTS to review and update operation/trouble shutting guidelines for process.
3.3 Effective communication with local and offshore engineering groups to ensure effective methods are developed to support low and high-volume production capabilities.
3.4 Proactively track team commitment and give feedback in time.

Education & Experience
-
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of following major: Machenical Engineering.

Working Experience
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in machining processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Preferable in mechanical part or semiconductor manufacturing.
Skills
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
- Basic project management
- Familiar with Technical change management (ECR, ECO, ECN, etc)
- Ability to use English for workplace communication.
- Mental/Visual Demands: Ability to leadership team, innovation proactive thinking and readiness for change are essential demands at work.
Working Conditions
- Exposure to some of chemicals and machine oils. Works in manufacturing environment
