ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil engineering and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate site activities, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare tenders, quotations, cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Attend and lead project and site meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment as required.
• Support project budgeting, cost control, invoicing and contract administration.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction or project management.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of earthworks, roads, utilities and infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiar with project planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
