Responsible for completing projects within specified timelines, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering

• Assist Team Lead in diverse BIM projects.

• Create 3D models of MEP services at different levels of development, including coordination with other trade

services, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.

• Conduct point cloud to BIM conversion, Revit family creation, and Builders work drawings.

• Perform self-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements.

• Act as a supportive and motivating team member, guiding trainees.

• Work effectively under pressure, maintaining balance.

• Capture new growth opportunities with confidence and assist in clash detection.

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects.

• Insights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous.

• Proficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Team player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
