Summary
On-site and remote network engineer troubleshooting enterprise IT/network issues, installing/configuring systems, and collaborating with vendors like Cisco and Fortinet.
Job Description :
· As an Engineer, you will partner with our Project Teams in a technical role. You will work with teammates for site survey, architecture design guidance, installation and configuration and so on.
· In this role, you will need to handle IT or Network technical issues on customers’ site (remotely or onsite).
· You will work with a wide variety of technologies and will therefore need strong collaborative and self-learning skills to understand technical issues and corresponding solutions.
· To continuously enhance your technical skills, you may work with our vendors technical team, such as Cisco, HP Aruba or Forti, to learn about the new technologies.
· You may need to work at the company, client sites or work from home, sometime you may need to travel domestically and internationally depending on project requirements.
Job Requirement
· You should be a Diploma / Bachelors Degree / Master in Computer Science, Management Information, Computer Information Technology, or a related subject area from a University/ College or Accredited Course.
· 2 to 5 years of Networking, or IT related experience.
· Familiarity with IT or Networking or cyber security technologies.
· Hands-on working knowledge of general network devices or systems, such as Windows server, VMware, Routers, Switches, SD-WAN, Firewalls, WiFi AP.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot experience in enterprise network and systems.
· An active technology certificate is preferred, such as CCNA / CCNP.
· Good communication skills.
Salary Range
$3,800 to $4,800
