About the Role
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day operational support for cloud-hosted infrastructure and workloads, including monitoring, incident response, service restoration, standard changes, and production support across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud-hosted services and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests.
- Execute health checks, service restarts, recovery actions, and routine operational tasks.
- Support approved changes and planned maintenance activities.
- Maintain support documentation, runbooks, tickets, and operational records.
- Identify recurring faults and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and service owners to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
- First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years’ experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, or production support.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with monitoring, incident handling, change execution, and service restoration.
- Experience supporting Azure, private cloud, virtualization, or enterprise hosting environments.
- Working knowledge of backup, recovery, patching, and operational support tools.
- Relevant cloud or infrastructure support certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
