Engineer - Design

Main Tasks

• Responsible for Design & Development of projects in the Engineering business unit –Passenger Car Air Filter Systems according to customer requirements.
• Creation as well as modification of technical data in PDM System
• Creation as well as modification of 3D models, Assemblies and 2D Drawings in Catia V5
• Manages engineering changes according to TCM process/ customer requirements
• Support & coordination of engineering activities within a project (concept development, obtaining patents, Proto sample development, validation. Etc.)

Support and Coordination internal/external and for projects / workflows from other MH sites (Customer projects, development projects, cost down projects, innovation projects, field testing etc...)

Experience

Qualification & Experience:

• BE/Tech in Mechanical / Automotive.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in (automotive or similar) product development processes

Skills & Competencies:

• Key Skill – CatiaV5 , GD&T, Tolerance Stack ups, CIM Database.
• Know- how in customer processes and standards (APQP,….)
• Knowledge on creation and managing of DFMEA document.
• Proficient use of IT-tools (MS Office, CIM DATABASE)
• English language skills
