ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL (Commercial)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Engineer – Electrical (Commercial) with a Mechanical background and chiller system expertise to manage site execution, drive technical coordination with clients, and maintain strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Problem-Solving & Customer Coordination: Serve as the main technical contact on-site, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills and coordinating seamlessly with clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors.

Engineering & Design Competency: Apply deep engineering knowledge—specifically in chiller systems and commercial building services—to evaluate, design, and present solutions in compliance with relevant codes of practice.

Quality & EHS Standards: Drive site compliance with quality control protocols and environmental, health, and safety regulations in accordance with company ISO management systems.

Requirements

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a contractor environment, with proven hands-on experience in chiller systems.

Certifications & Training:

Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Course.

ISO Internal Quality Auditor certification.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Thorough understanding of building services design, codes of practice, and commercial HVAC/chiller integration.

Excellent client-handling, communication, and site management skills.
