Engineer - Estimation (E&I)/Accounts - Asst manager / Sr-Officer/Time Keeper

Engineer - Estimation (E&I) :- REQ YRS OF EXPERIENCE 05 - 10 Years / QUALIFICATION -Degree in Engineering / JD - Analyze ITTs (Invitations to Tender), scope of work documents, and specifications.
Extract material quantities (Material Take-Offs and Bill of Quantities) from engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs.
Do Cost Calculation / Vendor quote evaluation / Compile comprehensive techno-commercial bid packages for submission to clients or main contractors.

Accounts - Asst manager / Sr-Officer - REQ YRS OF EXPERIENCE 05 - 10 Years / QUALIFICATION - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA) or an MBA are a plus. CA / Pursuing CA / CMA

JD - Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries specific to oil, gas, or industrial service contracts.
Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws (such as Zakat and VAT regulations) and support internal and external audits. Coordinate financial close activities, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
Utilize enterprise resource planning tools for tracking project costs, joint venture accounting, or vendor reconciliations.

Time Keeper - REQ YRS OF EXPERIENCE 03 / QUALIFICATION - Degree / Diploma /

JD - Record daily arrival and departure times of workers using biometric scanners, punch cards, or manual logs.
Timesheet Preparation: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly work hours, overtime, and shift details for site personnel.
Absence Reporting: Track absentees and late arrivals, notifying project managers and the human resources department immediately.
Payroll Coordination: Submit verified and approved timesheets to the payroll department.
Labor Compliance: Ensure all time-tracking practices follow local regulations, such as Saudi Labor Law.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
