Engineer (EV Vehicle, High voltage System)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform diagnosis, maintenance, servicing, and repairs on electric vehicles (EVs) in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot high-voltage (HV) systems, battery packs, electric motors, inverters, charging systems, and other EV components.
Carry out high-voltage isolation procedures and ensure all work complies with EV safety regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians on EV-related repairs and safety procedures.
Assist in establishing and maintaining EV workshop capabilities, including equipment requirements and process improvements.
Support customers by explaining repair findings and recommended maintenance when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Workshop Manager or Management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in EV Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering.
Hands-on experience with high-voltage (HV) systems, batteries, inverters, electric motors, and charging systems.
Experience in EV safety procedures, HV isolation, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
Familiarity with hybrid and battery electric vehicles.
