ENGINEER - F10 FAC CONTROL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead on site Smart Fac transformation and on implementation of Smart fac projects in collaboration with other Micron sites/Departments/sections

  • Plan, schedule and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, priorities and reallocate resource when required, on mechanical equipment and Instrumentation & Control system under the responsibilities of Facilities organization

  • Lead troubleshooting and attend to abnormalities in support of Operations in a timely manner on system under the responsibilities of Facilities organization, when required

  • Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meeting and provide update, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this include installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical equipment and Instrumentation & Control system

  • Support engineering and tool install on system capabilities analysis during scenario evaluations

  • Generate and maintain Scope-of-Work documentation for out sourced contract service

  • Manage out sourced contract service provider to perform work activities in accordance to service agreement

  • Utilize computer base software to document and analyses records of work order and equipment history

  • Maintain equipment and system maintenance record for work history traceability

  • Acquire estimated cost and raise purchase requisition for service or parts necessary for repair and maintenance purpose, when required

  • Track and monitor equipment spare parts and consumable inventory

  • Adhere to company’s environmental safety health policy and procedure, standard operating procedure with risk assessment, good housekeeping standard and quality policy when performing work

  • Report and follow through work related injury and near miss to supervisor and actively participate in safety incident investigation

  • Attend safety training and safety committee meeting, when required

  • Attend classroom, computer-base training, skill certification and on-the-job training to acquire skill to performance job function

  • Guide, coach and certify maintenance team through classroom and site training, when required

  • Lead morning tool box meeting, organize and attend department and other organization meeting when required

  • Lead documentation in Standard Operating Procedure, Risk Assessment and Energy Isolation Procedure

  • Review Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work performance, recommend and implement continual improvement through new work method, procedure and spare or consumable parts

  • Attend Emergency Response Team training, certification, drill and incident, when required

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering and equivalent experience.

  • Proficient and knowledge on Python, Java, C/C++, SQL is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft office

  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance practices and procedure and installation work

  • At least 2 years of experience in proficient and knowledge in programming of PLC and SCADA systems

  • Good problem solving skill and understand data analysis methodology

  • Good knowledge of various handheld tool, portable and panel measuring device and equipment

  • Ability to understand and use schematic, single-line drawing and related equipment and system documentation

  • Ability to work in a team environment with various professional level
