Engineer (Field Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality on-site customer support through equipment installation, as well as diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing complex equipment and systems.
• Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and communicate daily task assignments within the team and with customers.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in addressing customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance and provide regular updates on customer service requests.
• Report recurring customer issues to management for resolution and continuous improvement.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in equipment or machinery maintenance within any engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and supporting a 24/7 standby shift rotation.
